Netoyed for Education Refund Policy

Netoyed for Education (ROC Name: Grapes Telecom Pvt. Ltd.) is committed to providing high-quality educational technology solutions and services to our clients. This policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be considered. 

Non-Refundable Services: 

Due to the customized nature of our services, all services are delivered after in-depth consultation with the client to ensure a clear understanding of their needs and the solutions offered. As the services are invoiced after careful discussion and consultation, our services are non-refundable.  

Client Cancellations and Subscriptions: 

  • Clients have the right to cancel their subscription for ongoing services. Cancellations must be received by Netoyed for Education at least one week prior to the next scheduled payment deduction date. Cancellations can be submitted in writing to info@edu.netoyed.com. 
  • Please note that cancellations will only be effective for the subsequent month and will not apply to services already delivered or upcoming within the current billing cycle. 
  • Payments deducted before receiving a cancellation request are non-refundable. 

Dispute Resolution: 

  • Netoyed for Education is committed to client satisfaction. In the event of a dispute regarding service delivery, clients can reach out to their designated Service Point of Contact (SPOC) for resolution. 
  • Clients can expect a response from their SPOC within 3-5 business days. 

Additional Information: 

  • This policy is subject to change at any time. We will notify clients of any changes made to this policy. 
  • This policy applies to all services offered by Netoyed for Education.
